Welcome to Empowered Spiritual Counseling. I am here to help your adolescent or young adult child on their life walk. With years of experience as a counselor, wilderness therapy guide, and rites of passage facilitator, I am here to offer my guidance and support. I believe that there are many challenges that can come with being a young man in todays society. Now more than ever is it vital for young men to be guided and nurtured in ways that will help them to become more aligned with their true selves. To learn how to nurture and hone healthy tools that will help them to lead happy and fulfilling lives. To learn how to able to show up as a part of their communities in a positive way. I am here to be a support in empowering and guiding your son in his path of self-discovery. I am experienced working with clients with depression, anxiety, self-harm history, mental health difficulties, trauma, substance abuse, and behavioral issues. We all have challenges in our life journeys. I am here to help turn their road blocks into groundwork for a strong foundation to thrive. ​
